We actively advocate for Indigenous professionals to progress in their careers. We know the 'Black Ceiling' exists, where mob often get stuck in mid-level roles. We work with you to break through and achieve the progression you deserve.
Imposter Syndrome
'Who here feels the weight of imposter syndrome: that you don\'t deserve to be in your role?' It is a real challenge for mob, stemming from historical trauma. It affects light-skinned and dark-skinned mob alike. We are here to validate your skills and remind you that you belong in these spaces.
